We are in the business of manufacturing and marketing of value added Aluminum profiles for the last seven years. Our designs are based on aluminum profiles which are used in virtually all industries replacing other expensive materials used for various purposes such as in making buildings, automobiles, hardware, construction etc....

A continuous casting billet furnace with hot top technology furnace; we use imported ingots to produce billets of various diameters. This latest casting technology is linked to the eco-friendly heat regenerating burner system to enhance energy conservation and to ensure proper homogenization of the billet thus guaranteeing the best quality products without any blemishes.
Six presses to cater to the most diverse needs of our customers to supply products of various thicknesses as per customer requirements. These presses use billet dia sizes of 3.5 inches to 7 inches and use hot log shear technology to get optimal production.
The ovens are equipped with PLC controlled sensors, using the centrifugal aerodynamic system provide temperature stabilization for hardness up to 15 Webster.
Dhaka Thai Limited is a very environmental conscious company and ensures that there is no negative effect of our factory on the environment, we take special measures to make sure that no environmentally unacceptable effluence is discarded into the environment. The water we drain out is always in full compliance with the relevant laws and is free of contaminants, solid waste, oil, grease, acid, alkalis and other toxic materials such as arsenic or other metals. This whole process is possible through our most modern wastewater treatment plant.
Anodizing is a process of finishing on aluminium in which the visual appearance of the metal is changed to be aesthetically pleasing. This visual appearance must have colour stability and durability, particularly for exterior use. Dhaka Thai’s new fully automated anodizing plant uses the latest technology with Pulse rectifiers to give smooth surface finish with longevity and anodizes the aluminium sections according to the “American Architectural Manufacturing Association”; providing Film Thickness of 10 -15 M of Microns.
The powder coating plant is the first conveyor robotic coating plant in Bangladesh. This is a process of coating aluminium profile with a Pure Polyester in powder form which is baked to a fluid state to bond it to the metal surface. Powder coating has many advantages over traditional liquid coating: It's better for the environment, applies thicker without running, and is easy to style with. This gives functional, protective and decorative finishes, allowing for coating the profiles in a limitless range of colours and textures.
The wood grain finished aluminum profile is a perfect integration of the excellent aluminum properties with the natural appearance of wood. It is a wonderful combination of the state-of-the-art technology and aesthetics. The products have stable quality, appealing appearance and therefore a higher value of decoration. In this process the profiles are given a powder coating to provide the functional and protective base and then wooden design is transferred onto the coated profiles for the final finish.

Our products are supplied, packed in Standard quality in poly wrapped form and Premium quality in shrink wrapped poly with protective tape package.
The wrapped profiles are stored in the warehouse, ready for delivery. Our computerized inventory system and a network of transporters with covered and open trucks ensures quick delivery to our customers all over Pakistan.
